First, I studied nutrition science with a focus on the world food industry, advice and communication. As a graduate oecotrophologist I worked for 10 years in international project and crisis management in Europe and Africa, e.g. in France, Israel, Haiti, Italy, Kenya, Mauritania, Tanzania, Uganda and Zaire.Business and institutions are familiar to me through responsible positions:

• Head of an international epidemiological cancer study in the field of health research
• Consultant in the area of development policy (DSE, BMZ), preparation of specialists for foreign assignments, GTZ expert / appraiser
• 1  year disaster management in Africa (Rwanda operation) for the IFRC / Geneva, including monitoring of grain purchases on site, refugee camp management, WHO crisis intervention training in Thailand

Since 1994 I have specialized in the use of systemic constellations in the professional context as well as personal (professional and family) concerns. Again and again I have posed as a pioneer new topics (organizational constellations, site / home constellations, body symptom constellations ...) In 1997 I founded the systemic training and organizational consulting institute Systems in Action and a practice in Munich. Since 2003 the head office is in the beautiful Chiemgau. There I live with my family. The seminars take place in Gollenshausen / Gstadt am Chiemsee (www.SeminarhausAlex.de).

My meanwhile 24-year experience in full-time constellation work, the professional presentation of the method and its areas of application in the professional and economic context, I mediate in training seminars in Germany and in other European countries (previously in France, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Croatia, Poland, Switzerland and the Czech Republic).

On the DGfS list (German Society of System Constellations) I am listed as a family and organization contellator as well as a recognized educator (Weiterbildnerin). This means that attended seminars and training courses of the DGfS, with certificate request, are counted.

Furthermore, I am a member of the ISCA, International Systemic Constellations Association and Infosyon (International Forum of System Constellations in Organizations and Work Contexts) and the Infosyon Academy.
